I’m abroad and I have a spend cap so unable to use my phone at all

I’m abroad in France and I have a spend cap so I cannot call anyone (even 150 gets cut off) or do anything with data, I try and increase spend cap on app but the app keeps freezing every time I go on the spend cap section and when I do browser version when on wifi it just says we’re having a problem. I desperately need it for maps as I’m driving across France and am completely stuck. What number can I speak to Ee on when all calls are barred ? Please help!! Thanks

@Kieranlamont  You can  contact EE on  +44 7953 966150 from another working phone, or if you have Skype on +44 800 0798586  over WiFi. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
