Not registered on network in Tenerife

I m in tenerife from UK..paid extra for roaming but can't get data roaming ..tells me I m not registered on network ..can't call anyone in UK !!

Hi @Halls53 

Did you activate roaming on your account? 

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Click on the person icon in the corner - Settings and Permissions - activate roaming abroad

I would also check tproamingbis activated on your phone under network settings.
