My sim card isn't working

My other sim on *********** has suddenly stopped working and keeps saying not registered on network when I turn it on,also it has set calls to emergency only. There's still a pack left on it that should have run out tomorrow.  I have no idea why it says not allowed when I turn it on,as the second sim is working fine.

My sim card on sim1 on my dual sim phone keeps saying not registered on network, and sim1 not allowed. Every time I turn it on,it says the same things.

How else am I supposed to say which one isn't working properly?.

If your original post included your phone numbers, then posting that on the public internet is an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you - and is against forum rules for that, and other reasons.

Are both your SIMs on EE? If so, try swapping them round between slots - to rule out a fault with the phone's SIM slot. If that proves your issue to being the SIM, then you can request a replacement either via contacting EE-CS or by taking photographic ID into an EE retail store.

Postal replacements are sent by second-class, so you may be looking at early-mid next week if you choose that route.
