Resolved! Unable to receive SMS and calls after port

Hi, It’s been over 24 hours since I have ported to EE. I am able to do outgoing calls but there’s no incoming calls or SMS. I am using an iPhone 11Can someone from @EE have a look into this?

can’t receive call or text message

Hi,   o am having same issue can’t receive call or text message and it’s been over 24hrs. However I can make call, can send text msg and use data. I have restarted phone number of times but nothing changed. I don’t know what to do.
