Hi @Crac1

You mean your PAC code.

Text PAC to 65075 on each SIM or call EE CS on 150.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You can't get PACs using texting when you have multiple nos. You must phone CS for them.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

PUK = Personal Unlock Key, used to unlock a phone when the SIM PIN has been entered incorrectly too many times.

PAC = Porting Authority Code, used to port your number between providers and cancel existing accounts.

EE can only issue PAC by text for single-number accounts - if you have multiple lines on a single billing account, you need to call.
