I have 3 sims wit EE and now need to cancel one of them as it’s no longer needed. Spend ages trying to get through to customer sets only to have a digital voice tell me that there was a 45 minute wait to speak to someone so to either wait or try late...

Resolved! Sim card

I have a new phone and trying to use my contract SIM card in the new phone but it won’t work. Constantly says no service and won’t make or receive calls. Tried activating the e sim but hasn’t changed anything. Just wondering if anyone knew how to sol...

No SIM

Ordered a SIM 3 days ago, I was told to wait 24 hours until I was sent an option to use it as an e-sim. I’ve still not received anything. I have a confirmation email of the order.There seems to be no live chat option for me to talk to anyone from EE....

Replacement Simcard.

Ordered replacement sim card 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Esim not working either. Cannot get through via live chat or on the phone. Any ideas? Or can EE provide me with stamps?
