Signed up to a 50gb Pay monthly Sim only deal sunday 16th of June and requested an ESim rather than a physical thinking it would be quicker to get onto the EE network. Told I would receive a download QR code/link in a confirmation email but am yet to receive anything.
No communication via Twitter or Facebook and with no live chat I have resorted to the forum hopefully for some answers.

So the only way I made contact was by complaining on twitter threatening to leave.
The Esim wasn't sorted on their side and I had to have a physical sim sent to me, that took a few days to arrive.
Then my number hadn't been ported over and was told last Friday it'll be ready today... well come today I get the message to restart my handset to complete the port and now I've got no connection at all.
I don't understand why the UKs best network hasn't got a live chat or a business whatsapp at least. They want you to call but how can you with no connection.
