I'm trying to register my new business sim contract on my EE account and get an error.
You can try linking again or come back later when we’ve fixed things.
I've been trying for a week and so it's definitely not just something waiting to port over. I moved from another network, have provided my PAC and the number has moved over successfully. I can't pay my bill or manage anything. I tried phoning customer support, which is open until 9pm according to the website, but the message says it closes at 6. I work until 6 every day. This is getting beyond frustrating as it's such a simple thing to need to fix but it is seemingly impossible to speak to a human being about it.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to link your account.
Business customer care team are available 8am - 6pm Monday to Sunday.
If you have a personal account with EE our customer care team are available till 9pm.
