I recently moved over to EE from a different provider but was unable to link my phone to my account because of an incorrect birthdate on my profile details. I have called up twice about this and told both times it would take 10 working days to sort out. It has been a month and nothing has changed, i’ve basically paid for a month of my e-sim without being able to use it. Any suggestions in getting this sorted since calling 150 evidently solves nothing for me. Thanks

You should still be able to use your SIM even when you haven't registered it.
