My phone number has been working from 18th June and I don't know why it's still showing me the number before I transfered my old number from lycamobile in which I can't send or receive messages on some of my contact from my settings on my sim manager it still shows me the same number before I transfered my old number how long will this take to be fully registered and when will I get an access to text some of my contacts

When did you supply your PAC to EE? And thus by extension, when was your port-in date?

Have you received a text to confirm successful port-in?

port in date was on 18th june 2024 6pm. before 6pm it was done but i didnt get any messages that the phone transfer has been successful and right now my 150 text isnt working and i cant send or receive messages if i had to look at my nhs app it would tell me to insert code i only receive verification codes and when my dad was calling he complained that when my phone is being dialed, it holds beeps and again and again is there anything to solve this issue?
