Roaming wrong charged

Hello. I have been wrongly charged  £1.74 for call from Germany to UK mobile phone number, which is included in my roaming allowance. 

Calls to numbers in EE Europe Zone and back home, including voicemail  included saying the EE app. 

I have not stable internet connection at home or work place. I’m paying expensive plans and the top is to be charged for calls which are included in the plan. Seriously what is wrong with this company.

Did you call this number at any other point during this roaming trip, and if so - was it correctly charged otherwise? Does your bill show a daily or weekly roaming charge covering the same period?

EE-CS have access to your individual account, and should be your next call.

Yes. I did before and after that. Yes the bill shows been changed £1.74 for the call.

Thanks @Vas2. If other calls to the same number weren't charged on the same trip, I'd definitely recommend speaking to our billing guides so they can look into this charge for you.
