Resolved! EE doesn't recognise its own phone number

Hi everyoneI'm trying to use a PAC code to port my old number to EE.  When I fill in the form, it tells me the EE phone number is not valid - I'm definitely inputting the number they sent me.Advice appreciated.kph

Replacement Sim

SIM not working in new handset

Bought a new iphone 15  and swapped the sim over from my old 12 but it's not connecting. I can see in settings that it knows it is an EE sim but the signal strength icon in the top right is just a row of faded-out dots  - any ideas what I need to do ...
