iPhone 15 SIM card saying no sim

Has anyone had this issue I’ve removed my SIM card numerous times and turned my phone on and off but my SIM card is still showing as no sim?

I require a 9 digit PUK code for a new account but....

My old/ soon to go out of contract sim I use In my car system is being replaced with a different sim from SKY (sorry) I need a 9 digit PUK code but EE only provide 8 any ideas? Do I add a “0” in front or?look forward to some ideas. Thanks
