Transferring number over

I spoke to someone on Monday regarding switching my giffgaff number over to EE sim. He said he had done it and I would receive a message.. 

Does anyone know how long it can take for switching

Hi @Sanya09. 

Your number will be transferred the next working day if you submit the form before 5.30pm.

If your request is made after 5.30pm, or made on a weekend or bank holiday, your number will take two working days to transfer.
