Hi I have accidentally blocked my sim. I can’t call or text to get it unblocked. I have my Mei number but need a punk code. How can I get this if EE only offer help by calling or texting. Thank you

I requested a new sim card yesterday, a 4G in place of my 3G. Obviously I need to wait for it to arrive, however, it seems my old sim has been deactivated overnight! Is this right?Thanks in advance.
