Get an esim

Hello,

I'm not currently in the UK and want to change my SIM card to an esim. I've tried calling customer support but the wait time is 30 minutes. Is there any other way that this can be done?

You can't change to eSIM on PAYG.

@beltagyYou can not do that while connected to a roaming network you need to be connected to the EE network directly. Plus if it can be done would you want to risk is not actually going how it should as you would loose the network connection completely and you’ll need to request a replacement SIM card and that wouldn’t be posted abroad.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
