My sim isn’t working and my phone is saying no service and I can’t ring or call anyone but when I turn the phone off it is asking for a sim pin which I don’t know what mine is

Just ordered the new iPad Pro which I believe is eSim onlyHow do I go about upgrading the sim card in my current iPad to a eSim on the new iPadDo EE charge for swapping to a eSim cheers

Sim issues

My daughter has had issues with her iPhone 15 and I’m assuming Apple has wiped the season during reset , although she has a physical sim inserted she still can’t get any service , , any help would be appreciated
