Can’t text for pac code as I have a phone and watch on my account, also I’m keeping the number I’ve had with ee since 2013 and I’ve never needed a pac code for an upgrade before? 

SIM card

I have changed my BT Sim to EE, but I have no phone service. I can’t call out or accept calls. I need to speak to EE but no way of speaking with them other than to call which I am unable to do, any idea of how I get this sorted as I need my phone.

Resolved! Loss Sim Card while abroad

I've loss my sim card while in the philippines.I can't use my phone right now to make a phone call to 150. i am worried it will be used by other people who stole my documents and sim.What shall I do?
