So my sim has been locked and i require a PUK code to unlock it, I go on to EE to log in and it says i need to link my phone, i type in the phone number and it says it will send me a verification code through messages. The problem is is that because the sim is locked i cannot verify my mobile as it will not receive messages, nor can i call customer support. Any help?

@mebige Because you’ve never set up an account and you can’t create an account unless you have a work Sim to verify that you are the person setting up by receiving a text message you’re going to have to call customer services from a different phone to request the PUK then you can setup an online account when the sim is working.
