Hi
I recently ported my number from Lycamobile to EE. Now, i am unable to receive verification codes from Whatsapp and My EE app.
How to resolve this issue?

Thanks for your concern. The issue was resolved automatically after 24 hours.
Now everything is working fine.

Are you able to make and receive calls and texts from other mobile numbers?
Do you have a signal on the phone?

Can you try restarting your phone?
If this still doesn't work I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your preferences on your account.
