I have a similar problem. I receive verification codes (important to me). Suddenly they come through as "Maybe Spam:....". But they are not spam. I have had that problem before with my old mobile and then I stopped receiving the codes, which is not acceptable as I need them to access a work app. I have tried to contact EE, but never made it beyond the bot which is super frustrating.... What is the solution for this? Change to another supplier?

Hi @MimaKennedy,
Welcome to the EE Community
The problem you are having would best be looked at by our technical team so they can see what is happening with the texts to help sort the issue. It is best to get some examples of the time and date the messages would have been sent.
You should be able to get through to the correct place when using the digital menu by selecting for technical help with your mobile. But if you are having an issue with the digital menu, when you first call you can select option 2 first instead to use the audio menu.
