Blocked caller still leaving voicemails

Why can't I get 5G?

I'm a Pay as You Go customer. Have been for years.  I am only receiving 4G but there is 5G in Ilkley where I live.  I'm paying £30 per month but no 5G..Why anyone.It's a pity that EE customer service is none existent results in massive frustration.
