Not receiing OTP from EU

I have accounts in bank and tax in EU and I need to login in their services but they send OTPs and I am not getting them.I am in the UK, on EE network. I do receive normal SMS from abroad but not OTP

Resolved! Not receiving text messages intermittently.

Hi For the last two years, my husband and I are not receiving text messages regularly in our area/home.    It's frustrating as we need this when making purchases or logging onto accounts.  Is this an issue for others?
