Did you mean:

I need a real conversation with someone please

My Contract ended in May 2025 but you are still charging me the same as before, I need to have a conversation with someone about what my options now are, I visited your Shop in Hastings this morning but was told they could not help me until I paid my account which is not due until Aug 1st, Why would I need to continue to pay the contract payment which ended in May & even consider paying an account upfront including by the way a late payment charge just to add salt to the wound. Anyway I have gone around in circles on your website to get to this point & hope that someone from billing can make direct contact with me please to discuss.

What you've described is perfectly normal. Your contract is not a fixed-term one that ends on a specified date, the logical consequence of that would be automatic disconnection on that same date.

You have a rolling & ongoing contract, with a minimum term. You agreed to pay your single monthly fee for at least the duration of the minimum term, but until you explicitly make a change.

Approaching the end of the minimum term, you should receive a text message outlining your options. They include continuing as you are, opting to change to a SIM-only plan, choosing to upgrade to a newer phone, or giving 30days notice to disconnect.

The ultimate choice has to be that of the account holder.
