Unable to send sms

Was working this month then all of a sudden cannot receive sms. Tried everything. Can receive calls and can receive 150 messages but cannot receive sms. Any ideas?

Hello,if I upgrade when abroad will they disconnect and send a new sim or will the existing e-sim keep working on the new plan?

Fix the big problem.

What is the problem? I am not receiving calls or making calls or sending messages. What is your problem? I spent a lot of money on shipping and I am still suffering.

Nothing works.

All of a sudden nothing works on my phone, I can’t even phone 150 to speak with EE to try and fix the problem. My phone bill is paid upto date and I’ve still got half my data allowance for the month still to use but all of a sudden my phones just won...

I can’t receive OTP

Hi i have tried to restart my phone. Reinsert sim. Went to the mobile network on the settings however I am still not receiving any OTPs or messages.
