I can log into the EE app without any problem, but my account information — such as billing details, payment history, and usage — is not visible.
The system shows that my device/service is not linked to my EE ID, even though I have already completed all the basic troubleshooting steps, including password reset, registration email check, and app reinstallation.
This issue appears to be related to an internal linking problem between my EE ID and my mobile account.
Please link my service to my account in your system so that I can view all account details in the EE app.
I have already spoken with the EE service team more than five times regarding this matter, each time spending over an hour, but the issue remains unresolved. I was advised to visit an EE store, but after visiting, I was told they could do nothing and was sent away. I have never experienced such poor service anywhere else.

I am sorry you have called multiple times and been into store and the account has not be linked for you. We have no account access on the community to get this all set up for you, and would suggest getting back in touch with our tech guides to get the account looked into, If this is not resolved on the call or you would prefer not calling again, you can open a complaint using the Make a complaint page and the team will get back to you.
