Are you waiting for a QR code for a brand new line with EE? 
Is this for a SIM only plan, or for a full contract including handset?

Hi I am waiting for QR code to keep my phone number ….but meanwhile I cannot make any phone calls .,it is for my Mobile only don’t have a landline anymore thanks.

Have you received email confirmation the order has been accepted and SIM/QR code has been dispatched?
