Have you been able to receive automated texts previously, and if so when did this problem start?

Are you using an EE-issued number? And if not, when did you port-in?

I moved to EE from O2 and kept same number in May of this year.

I don’t remember having this problem prior to my move.

I can receive texts other than automated texts sent via short codes.

Hi @Aragwen 

Please give Customer Service a call on 150 where our Technical Team can investigate why you're not receiving any verification codes specifically, and raise this to be corrected.
