Hi, looking for help. My mobile network is completely off not getting signal at all and it says sim 1 not provisioned and when I try to call 150 it says not connected to a network. Ive searched it and tried everything that I have found nothing is working. Not sure what to do

Was this SIM working normally up until today, and have you made any changes to your account recently?
If you haven't already too, have you had a chance to check your area for any outages on our network status checker?

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
What device do you have and was this from EE.

If you have no active SIM showing, there's your underlying issue. The SIM authenticates you onto the mobile network which in turn provides access to calls, texts & mobile data.
Whilst the network status check is valid, your SIM issue needs rectifying first.
