No phone reception!

In the Penzance, Cornwall area the phone reception is horrendous! Cannot have any sort of phone call! This past few week it’s been getting worse and worse and now there is no chance of a conversation on the phone!

@Ladylioness5  Is anyone else with you who’s on EE and having this same issue?   Can you try your sim in a different phone ?
