OTP not receiving from any bank

Hi from last few days, I am not receiving any OTP from any banks, receiving normal message from people. I have checked spam and blocked.Not sure what's happening, contacted relevant banks and they are suggesting it is do with network operator.

Resolved! Voicemail dusabled?
