I have started to have this problem too. Exactly at 5 mins the call gets cut off. I am in the UK using my EE sim. It happens when I am at home or when I am out.
Is it possible to delay the time a call is diverted to my voicemail, so I have time to answer the call? This cannot be done on the handset.
