Resolved! No service until middle of night. Phone showing wrong number.

For the past five days my EE PAYG phone (Doogee Note 58)/sim has had no service, only receiving texts, including time sensitive ones, hours later in the middle of the night. Cannot make or receive any calls either. I'm in the NR4 7ET area of Norwich....

Why is it still a thing to physically call voicemail to listen to them?I thought it was an android thing but recently found out on O2 or other providers you can listen to voicemails directly in the calls app.Absolutely archaic and extremely frustrati...
