So, I asked you to block my phone / SIM as it has been lost or stolen and you've suspended my account?Can you please explain, because now I can't view any services or account information.

People can’t hear me on the phone

Hi ,  People can’t hear me on the phone. This is the second day within the last week. When using a WhatsApp call, people can hear me, OK. I am unable to contact EE technical support. When calling 150 the call gets disconnected. Please help.
