Hi , People can’t hear me on the phone. This is the second day within the last week. When using a WhatsApp call, people can hear me, OK.
I am unable to contact EE technical support. When calling 150 the call gets disconnected. Please help.

Is this lack of outgoing audio only affecting certain called numbers? Or does it only occur in a particular location?
Can you use mobile data when you are on calls? Does outgoing audio return eventually, or does it literally never happen on a particular call?

Hi ,
Thank you for getting back to me. The lack of outgoing audio affects all calls and incoming numbers and happens in any location. Mobile data is working fine, and there is no audio issue when using WhatsUp calls. Audio returns eventually. It is very random and not associated with a particular call.

Welcome to the EE Community
Have you tried resetting your network settings and restarting your phone to see if there is any change? Resetting the network settings will reset saved Wi-Fi passwords so make sure you have those available to enter again before resetting them.
Also make sure to double check the phone is on the latest software and no updates are available.
