Can’t receive text overseas

The last time I received a message was at 30/8/2024. It seems that I didn’t top-up during the past 180 days so my number should be suspended. I just top up my number today but still can’t receive any text what should I do because I’ve already left UK...

Hi, my phone does the same thing. I can't receive any messages from anyone! I also can't top-up my credit and data! I tried contacting '150' on the messages app but scince I have no credit I can't text '150'.
