In various places (EE website, text of other messages) it says SMS "HELP" to 150 for a list of commands.
However this doesn't work from my phone. Other commands ("UP" "BILL") get a response. So I assume EE broken or changed this?

I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150, and the team can get this looked into to see why the Help text message to 150 isn't working for you.

Thanks, working from my partner's phone too, just me that EE doesn't want to "help".
