VM on and VM off not working

I have previously used the "VM on" and "VM off" commands to 150 but these don't work for me any more. I get the same reply every time:

"Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later."

Do these commands not work any more?

Are you trying to turn your voicemail off or on?

If you're wanting to turn your voicemail off, you can dial ##002# as a number into you phone and dial it. This will cancel all diverts on your line meaning calls don't go to voicemail.

If you're trying to turn voicemail on, you can dial **004*07953222222*11# as a number into your phone and dial it. This will activate all appropriate diverts (when not answered, when phone off, when phone busy) to your voicemail box.

This does not work for me, when I try it I get:

"Connection problem or invalid MMI code"

I'm trying to toggle my VM on and off, mostly I keep it off and only switch it on if I'm expecting an important call.

The VM on / VM off text command used to work for me but it no longer works.

Hiya

Did you solve this issue as Ive have this problem for 6 weeks and exhausted all avenues! I’m going to have to put in a formal complaint as just not getting anywhere..

However, as a EE customer yourself, I’m wondering if you would be so kind as to tell me of your outcome ..

Regards..

Hello @Vindoloo

I am sorry to hear you have still not been able to switch your voicemail off/on by texting 150.

Our customer care team will be happy to help with this.

Katie

when I text ‘VM ON’ to 150 I get “Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.”, when I rang & tried to do it that way, I got the same text. This has been happening for weeks. I just want to turn voicemail on. 😞

Help me please
