I am having similar issues. I am 1) being notified of voicemails, 2) sometimes able to access the voicemail message function to retrieve them (i think that's an international.network issue), 3) but when listening to them the system won't accept numerical commands from my phone, ie "2 to save, 3 to delete"- so i can't move past the first voicemail message. The phone is new-S25 plus, so that's not the issue. Also it's only happened in the country i am in now. Not previous countries.

Post moved to a new thread. Can you use other IVR-based menu systems, or is this EE-voicemail-specific?
Can you manually select another local network in your host country, does the same issue persist?
Which country are you in, and which networks does this affect?

I am in Fiji. I have a Fj Vodafone sim and sim 2. The FJ network works fine for most things but it seems to not be able to support accessing ee voicemails. I have used the ee sim to call voicemail.
Sorry I don't know what IVR is? The problem i have is solely related to voicemail. I can use the phone for all other things...internet access, calls in fiji and abroad (on the fiji sim), social media etc.

IVR means "Interactive Voice Response", but is basically any automated phone system where you press 1 for this, press 2 for that, press 3 for something else.
I'm enquiring as to whether you can use other IVR systems on your current network. Or indeed whether you can access EE voicemail when using another Fiji network.

I haven't needed to use IVR for anything else. Not needed to call any other companies with "press 1 for this, 2 for that"

And my other question? There's 2 networks in Fiji - does this happen on both?

I haven"t used Digicel. My ee sim choices vodafone Fiji, and my second sim is vodafone fiji in any case.

I suppose my general point is. It was working fine in Australia and NZ. I can accept there maybe network capacity issues in Fiji, ie difficulties connecting. I think that is routine even in Fiji. It's just understanding why it's an issue now.

Use your phone's manual network search to try.
FYI you have a short time after posting to edit, negating the need for multiple short replies.
