All Rounder Plans no longer include Xbox Game Pass

For the last 2 years i have had the 125GB All rounder plan at £21 a month with staff discount which has included Xbox game pass but now when I'm looking to upgrade my plan to the same thing for another 2 years the same plan access is now £50 a month and doesn't accept staff discount code. 

Can someone please help me find my equivalent plan and price because what is the justification of doubling the price of what i already have?

I'd also like to add my colleague discount code no longer works. I can see there is a Full Works plan for £31 a month but i dont see why my plan has to increase to have the same access?

I get an instant access discount code through work but it no longer applies to my monthly sim only contract
