How to turn off picture messaging

How do I turn off picture messaging? I am sure I turned it off years ago but I've just been charged and can't find where to turn it off

@AnnePoulton On what phone ?

iPhones have a toggle that you can switch off so you can not send an MMS I can’t say if Android have something similar.

On an iPhone go to settings/apps/messages

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
