New customer esim

I signed up to EE a week ago on a eSIM only deal. How do I get my eSIM/SIM card ? I’ve had no correspondence from EE other than an email thanking me for my order. And today I received my first bill? But no simm or qr code. 

someone please help.

SIM cards are sent out via second class post, so could still be on its way, but if you want more information, I suggest you ring and speak to customer service, as they can take a look for you.
