What's the issue you have?

You should be able to activate a SIM by contacting EE-CS from another phone if necessary.

I have no other phone … like why haven’t they seen this potential issue 🤦‍♀️  nearest store is 25 miles away .. I’ve had no service since Friday. Awaiting this replacement sim. It arrives and is useless.

Can you advise specifically what your issue is? It looks like you'd added to someone else's old post and yours has now been moved to a new thread.

So my sim broke. I ordered a replacement sim. Today it arrived and the email from the other day said acti activate online. Click link enter what’s needed … realise I can’t receive a six digit pin to activate as I have no service..  I can’t receive texts. Or calls. I have my home wi-fi on it but no service for 4G.  There is no way to activate the sim when the old sim is broken. I cannot call because I have no service. I looked for the online chat to resolve the issue it’s disappeared. Nearest store is 25 miles away.

OK, thanks @Lyndsayseed

It sounds like you will need to speak with our Mobile Care team from another device, or through a VoIP service, such as Skype. Once you're able to get in touch, they will be able to access your account and make sure the SIM is registered successfully.
