I have exact same issue with porting in from LycaMobile. I am no longer receiving OTP verification codes. I contacted CS, couldn’t really resolve it. Said it’s been escalated and I’ll get a call back from them. Still waiting for a call back.

Are you receiving non-automated SMS from other mobile users? Did the problem with automated SMS coincide with porting in?

Pursuing the problem with CS is the right thing to do.

I can receive normal messages from other people fine, issue is only with verification codes like NHS and banks.
Issue has not been resolved yet.
I’ve not used this number to receive OTP before port in so I don’t know if it’s an issue with the number. However could it be there’s something wrong with LycaMobile? I’ve seen other posts where people ported into 3 from LycaMobile and has the same issue as well. Need to figure this out soon or might have to ask for a PAC. (even that didn’t work as it asks for verification code) so stuck in a limbo.
