Hi I have just arrived in Australia my phone is saying SOS and it’s impossible to contact EE on 150 or any other way as it won’t let me phone. I purchased the right roaming before going away and it’s showing on my account. How do I contact EE From Australia for free for help please? Really need my phone here. Thanks

Shocking isn’t it I am in the same position today. Did anything work in the end? Thanks

Hi @Pilot222

Welcome to the community.

Are you on a pay monthly contract or pay as you go? Have you tried manually searching for a network?

Chris

Hi @Pilot222

You've purchased the add on but is roaming activated on your account?

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Click on the person icon in the corner - Settings and Permissions - activate roaming abroad

I would also check roaming is activated on your device under the network settings.

Thanks
