Intermittent phone ring

I have just bought a Nokia X10, although it shows I have a full signal, sometimes calls go  straight to voicemail without ringing or vibrating, any ideas.

Does your phone lose signal at all? Could you check the status of the network in your area?

This would usually a suggest the incoming call was blocked or you have a "do not disturb" mode active.

It happens when I have a full signal, I checked the signal in my area and it was good.

Does the call issue happen with all numbers or just one number?
