Hi all, I'd just like to ask for the umpteenth time why when I have a plan that specifically states I have unlimited data and free EU roaming, I am constantly charged £2 a day for Roaming in the EU? I have asked sooo many times .... and would love to...

Coverage in Switzerland

I am currently in berlin and all of my friends on other networks are fine but I’ve had no signal the whole time despite trying every fix EE suggest (and being charged £2 a day for roaming) is there any way or guaranteeing it will work in Switzerland?...

Hi.I have a fully up to date android phone. I'm currently unable to text an 0330 number but can phone it. Signal just fails to send it and Android messages tells me that the service is not available on my account! I can text any other numbers without...

“ the system is busy, please try later”

Trying to make a phone call and this is the message I get, “the system is busy, please try later”. I also tried technical support with EE and as soon as I made it through to the tech support call it rang twice and hung up. Any thoughts?
