Competition Text number wont send

Hi, everytime I try to send a text to a competition text number is won't send, says error 0. I've sent UNBAR to 150. I have a £10 cap limit but I never even reach that. Any ideas please?

Have you removed the content lock? 

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Click on the person icon in corner - Settings and Permissions - Parental Controls. Then restart your device.

It should now work.
