When i pre-ordered my watch i took out the plan with Fiit membership included. In the plan it says to text fiit to 150 to get the joining instructions. I have now text 150 7 times since receiving my watch to get the reply " you are not eligible to join fitness+ as you need a connected watch plan."
My watch is connected and working perfectly well, i just beed to receive the benefits i am paying for. Tried calling support today but hung up exasperated as they had no clue!

Yeah i got an email today thanking me for my new purchase with the fiit joining instructions. Emailed fiit to 150 again, for 10th tine and apparently I am still not eligible!!!

Do you get this when looking at the Addons for the watch number
All my other numbers display them correctly

I have tried this numerous times and all I get is a link to Apple fitness+. I have spoken to CS over chat and all they keep saying is text 150 and you will get voucher code. I still keep getting the link for Apple. They just aren't getting it

I finally got a part resolution. It appears the instructions came with the watch. I cant say if this is correct yet, as i am not at home.
