When i pre-ordered my watch i took out the plan with Fiit membership included. In the plan it says to text fiit to 150 to get the joining instructions. I have now text 150 7 times since receiving my watch to get the reply " you are not eligible to join fitness+ as you need a connected watch plan."
My watch is connected and working perfectly well, i just beed to receive the benefits i am paying for. Tried calling support today but hung up exasperated as they had no clue!

Hi @Katie_B thanks for your response.
I got my watch on Tuesday (7th) but it's only today I've been trying to activate the Fiit offer. I get the same response as above when texting 150 - "Sorry, you're not eligible for the Fitness+ offer. You need a connected watch plan to get this offer".
It seems as if there may be an issue with the FIIT text code as it is referring to Fitness+ which is an apple service, not Fiit itself.

So I have spoken to Technical support and the code is wrong. They are getting their back team to sort it and I will receive a text when it is done. They said between 48 and 72 hours. Not sure if this is just for my account or for all accounts. I will update on here when I receive the text.
