My 77 yr old mother got a samsung active 2 watch for xmas. she is currently on payg through EE and it doesnt appear to be compatable with the phone she has now so we were looking at getting her a samsung A51 can anyone tell me if it is compatable? Also how do you get to talk to a person at EE now as I have personally been with them for over 20yrs and i cannot just geet to speak to someone. Not amused

@allisonhud1 As customer services are working with social distance in mind there is less of them in the office to take calls and because of the current situation they are receiving lots of calls. The length of time you’ve been a customer is totally irrelevant.
If this is a cellular watch then unfortunately it cannot be linked to the account that the phone is on as it’s not compatible with pay-as-you-go but the watch can still be paired with the phone via Bluetooth.

thanks I wasnt stating I had been with them for so long to get preferential treatment I was simply saying I cant fathom how to talk to an actual person now. I have been always been happy how they have sorted problems in the past but i have always been able to talk to someone.
The watch is not cellular the trouble we are having is on her current phone we cant download samsung health which is why if you read I was asking if the samsung A51 would prove compatable with it as we need to upgrade her phone.
I am perfectly aware there will not be as many people in the office to answer phones because of social distancing I would expect some of them to be working from home like many other companies. I do not mind waiting in a queue I just want to know how i get into that queue
