I ordered a Samsung active 4 watch on 2nd December, pay monthly add on to my account. When I ordered it implied despatch within 24 hours. All I have received was a "order confirmation" email and its 9 days on from my order. I check throughout day with order number but nothing. I would not have ordered it if I had known it would take so long (Amazon had next day delivery). Please advise

@lindahh4 Have you call customer services about this ? And what did you check with your order number as that just an order number, a number that’s generated when you order.
